2.1 Fraud Verification

For certain suspicious or high-risk orders, we may require additional verification regardless of the payment method used, including but not limited to credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other gateways. In such cases, clients must provide the following documents as requested:

Proof of payment ownership, which may include:

A valid government-issued ID of the payment account holder

A clear photo of the payment card used (front and back). Sensitive details may be masked, but the last 6 digits of the card number must remain visible. CVV and expiry date must be hidden.

Documents must be sent via the same official communication channel used by us to contact the client (for example, by replying to our verification email or via your support ticket). If instructed, documents may also be sent to [email protected]
.

The timeframe to provide documents will be communicated by IRONSERV LLC depending on the case; this may range from a few hours up to a maximum of 24 hours. The exact deadline will be stated in our verification request.

Depending on the severity of the situation, services may be suspended immediately, prior to completion of the verification process. Services will only be reactivated after successful verification.

Failure to provide the requested documents within the communicated timeframe will result in immediate cancellation and termination of affected services, account closure, and refund of payments subject to deductions for transaction charges, processing fees, and any applicable usage costs. Refunds may be partial or denied if fraudulent activity is confirmed.

2.2 Late Payments and Fees

Invoices are generated 10 days before due date. Unpaid accounts are suspended the day after the due date and terminated on Day 5. A 10% late fee is charged if renewal is attempted after Day 3 but before termination. Terminated accounts require a new order.

Customers signing up for the sole purpose of getting a refund would be classified as people misusing our refund policies. We have found out that people suspended on other hosts for resource abuse/spam etc. signup under the Money back guarantee and try to overload our servers too. This is against the TOS and as below, no refunds will be issued in such cases. Also such people just need a place to dump their data at times and just misuse the refund policy for temporary hosting.
